1. Create an account at FieldServicely and invite your staff and field crews.

2. Once you have received an electrical job, create a work order adding the details. Add customer details. You can use existing customers' profiles if it’s a repeat order or create new customer details by clicking on “Add new customer”.

3. Now add a job by adding the job name, status, description, and job location. Use a previously saved location for the customer or add a new location. You can use it if needed further. 

4. Now schedule your electrical job by creating a shift and assigning the responsible electricians. Add date and duration of the job. 

5. For routine inspection, you can create a recurring schedule so that you do not need to schedule the same job again. Choose the recurrence frequency and end date to schedule the job. 

What is next?

Electrician scheduling is done. You can also duplicate the same work order for further use. 

Your electrician will get a notification of the scheduled job and see the shift and location details inside the mobile app. With easy navigation, they can reach the job location and complete the tasks.
